From Los Angeles: Take the Antelope Valley Freeway (14N), exit 20th street West off ramp and turn right at bottom of ramp, Go to Ave. J and make a left, you will see the facility on the right side of the street.

From Rosamond: Take the Antelope Valley Freeway (14S), exit Ave. J and make a left, you will see the facility on the left side of the street.
